At BurnCo Barbeque, our goal is simple: to craft uniquely flavored, fresh food over a real fire!
- Real Food - We use only the freshest products and the highest quality cuts of meat.
- Real Fire - There’s no other kitchen in the world quite like ours. Our grills are made in Oklahoma. We exclusively use Hasty Bake Charcoal Ovens and cook everything over a charcoal fire with hickory wood added for flavor.
- Real Good - Cooking over fire comes naturally to our pitmasters. With several award-winning pitmasters on staff, pride drives food quality to standards usually only seen at KCBS Contests.
We use quality products and ingredients. Everything is made fresh daily. Our sauce and buns are made locally and over half of our beer on tap is local to Oklahoma. With location in Jenks, OK to serve you, we have a full menu available.
